General Conditions
The INFORUM GmbH has commissioned CPO HANSER SERVICE with the organisation and execution of the Annual Meeting. Registration for the Annual Meeting and confirmation thereof forms a contract between the Annual Meeting attendee and the INFORUM GmbH regarding attendance at the Annual Meeting and all Excursion bookings. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.
Registration fees
Attendance at the Annual Meeting and of Excursions are subject to cost. Registration for the Annual Meeting and booking of services are binding for the attendee.
The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer.
Registration fees for authors
Authors whose papers have been accepted must remit a congress fee. For the speaker this fee will be reduced by 25%.
Cancellation of Annual Meeting Attendance
A cancellation of your attendance and bookings for Excursions at the Annual Meeting by April 01, 2011 is free of charge. In the event that you cancel your attendance at the Annual Meeting and Excursions by April 20, 2011, the fees minus a processing fee of EUR 100 plus 19%VAT will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is made at a later date. Please notify the Annual Meeting office of your cancellation in writing.
Programme Changes
The INFORUM GmbH reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme at short notice.
There will be no pro rata refund of registration fees for cancelled papers or changes to the programme.
