Visit the State Gallery Stuttgart

Holding a rich stock of paintings and sculptures the State Gallery Stuttgart is one of the most visited museums in Germany. The main focus of the collection is art of the 20th century. About 800 works are presented in the permanent exhibition and special exhibitions show works from the broad collection of 400,000 sheets of the department of prints, drawings and photographs. Accompanied by an extensive guided programme seven to eight exhibitions take place yearly.
You will visit the Old and New State Gallery and during a guided tour you will see the most interesting and beautiful art objects.
During a guided tour through the Old Gallery you will get an introduction of the art collections. Afterwards you can explore on your own the New Gallery.
A bus transfer from the congress center to the State Gallery and back will be arranged.

Sightseeing tours must be paid in advance at the time of registration. Each tour requires a minimum of participants. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and the full advance payment will be refunded. In the event of cancellation by participant after April 20, 2012, no refund will be made. All tours start and end at the congress center Stuttgart.
Tickets for the excursions will be issued and are available at the counter.
